So my older brother(1&1/2 years older) has the really cute friend that ive had a crush on forever, but he teases me all the time by calling me names and stuff, he stares at me and smiles at me alot in the hallway at school, and my dad who is very close with his dad tells me all the time that he thinks he likes me. can the teasing and staring mean he likes me?or is he just a jerk
