Just started going to the gym, and I need some tips.?
To start losing fat, your body needs to work out at a pretty high intensity for more than 20 minutes. Duration is important, but without the intensity, duration is almost useless. If you don't feel like you've actually done real exercise, don't leave the gym (trust me, it's really easy to think that you've suffered enough. But remember, no pain no gain. Careful not to overwork yourself though, especially if you're just starting.) A healthy diet is important too, so fruit, vegetables, meat. Less salt, less fat, no empty calories. It would be better if you mixed cardio (running, cycling, swimming) with some strength training. Perhaps ask a trainer or someone more reliable than an anon on Yahoo Answers to provide you some tips.
